Picnic Pavilion

The Picnic Pavilion is great for picnics, events or casual gatherings.
It features:

  • 12 under-roof picnic tables
  • Located in a secluded corner of the Museum property
  • Close parking for several vehicles
  • Nearby parking for many vehicles
  • Next to a large, maintained field for activities
  • Near several walking trails

The rental rate is $35 per day.  For reservations call 814-466-6401.

Auditorium/Meeting Room

The auditorium opened in 2005 as part of the museum building renovation project.  It is available rent during most evenings and weekends.  It can be rented alone or along with the museum exhibits.  Its features include:

  • Seating for 80+ in auditorium style seating
  • Podium with mike and computer display hookup
  • Various lighting options
  • Various projection options
  • Large "theater style" screen
  • Modern audio components
  • Seating can be arranged with round tables
  • Catering kitchen for luncheon programs or evening events

Small Conference Room

Located in the Office Suite on the upper floor, the Small Conference Room is available during the week between 8am and 5pm.

  • Capacity
    • 16 in classroom style with tables
    • 30 in auditorium style
  • Adjacent restroom and kitchenette
