The Liberty Warbirds Association will be providing static display & interpretation along flight experiences during the annual Vietnam Revisited Bivouac. Depending on weather, the Warbirds will arrive on Saturday (July 20) OR Sunday (July 21) to provide an amazing hands on experience!
Using the Landing Zone in front of the Pennsylvania Military Museum, Huey 823 and crew will provide interpretation of flight and aerial combat to visitors. Huey 823 flew for the 170th AHC and Company C 101st Avn Bn 101st Airborne in Vietnam during 1968 and 1969.
For those wishing to have a memorable experience of flying in this historic Huey, the Association will be selling memberships to support ongoing maintenance and outreach efforts - $80.00/person not only grants membership to the Liberty Warbird Association but also secures yourself a memorable flight experience! Flights will take off and land at the Pennsylvania Military Museum.
Be sure to contact the Museum to confirm which day the Huey will be onsite.
